Our healthy summer routines

Let’s stay healthy and enjoy the great weather!
everyday at 10 let’s stretch, at 12 let’s sit in silence and at 15 go for a very short run
and breathe some fresh air at the forest near us.

I would recommend adding a short gym routine into the running part. There’s the excellent outdoor gym at Gärdet really nearby.

I would also be up for playing football/basketball or beachvolleyball there at some point if others would be interested.
